Russell and Ruth set up Brumby Farm in 2015 with the goal of creating a safe and fun environment for teaching horsemanship and training horses. On their 18 acres they have:

• a 80 m x 45 m arena

• an all-weather round pen

• a"honeycomb"

• 11 safe and shaded day yards

• "Equifenced" paddocks

• a playground with obstacles and jumps

• student accommodation with toilet, shower and kitchen​​

Russell and Ruth hold horsemanship clinics, Working Equitation Clinics, Riding Clinics and the Liberty Academy at Brumby Farm.
